User Data Deletion

Consigio · Last updated: 14 July 2026

You can request deletion of the data Consigio holds about you — including any data we received from Meta through your WhatsApp Business Account connection. This page explains how to request deletion, what happens to your data, and how to remove data from the third parties we work with.

This page satisfies Consigio's data-deletion requirements under Meta's Platform Policy. For our general privacy practices, see the Privacy Policy. For the terms governing your use of Consigio, see the Terms of Service.

1. How to Request Deletion

Choose the option that is easiest for you. Both result in the same deletion of your Consigio account and associated data.

Option A — Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Consigio and go to SettingsAccount.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account, customer records, message history, and stored WhatsApp access token are queued for deletion.

Option B — Email request

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Consigio account to support@consigio.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Include the email address or business name on your account so we can locate it. We will confirm receipt and may ask you to verify ownership before proceeding.

Email a deletion request

WhatsApp / Meta data. Requesting deletion here also deletes the WhatsApp Business Account access token stored by Consigio and revokes our ability to operate your account. Meta retains data it processed (such as message content delivered through WhatsApp) under its own retention practices — see Section 4 to remove it there.

2. What We Delete

On a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize the following as soon as practicable:

3. What We Retain

In limited cases we retain some data after deletion, as required or permitted by law:

4. Data Held by Third Parties

Consigio works with service providers that may hold data independently of us. Deleting your Consigio account does not automatically delete data held by them; you may need to act directly:
